Dyslexia and Omega-3

Sometimes it is hard for parents to tell the good information from the bad about dyslexia. Omega-3 fish oils is a particularly troublesome area. Many companies hype them as miracle cures for a range of problems. Newspapers run big stories on how they can change terrible children into bright, obedient angels and the next week run another story on why omega-3 is overrated.
